At Fortune East Stone, we bring dignity, memory, and permanence to every final resting place. Here’s a look inside our factory—and the care behind every granite piece we make.
Every high-quality tombstone starts with the right stone. We source natural granite from selected quarries, inspecting each block for cracks, color consistency, and density. Only uniform blocks enter our production line.
Using infrared bridge cutters, we achieve straight cuts with a thickness tolerance of ≤1 mm. Standard tombstone blanks (e.g., 60x40cm, 80x50cm) and custom sizes are both available.
We offer polished (high gloss), honed (matte), flamed (textured), and bush-hammered (rough) finishes. Most orders use a polished front face and honed back—balancing beauty and efficiency.
From clean straight edges to beveled, bullnose, and classic OG profiles, our craftsmen use sequential diamond wheels (50 to 1000 grit) to achieve smooth, uniform curves.
We use computer-controlled sandblasting for lettering and hand-carving for complex designs (crosses, flowers, angels). Minimum engraving depth of 3 mm ensures long-lasting visibility outdoors.
Our strict 7-step process (coarse grinding to final polish) delivers ≥95% gloss on a gloss meter. Each piece is machine-polished but hand-inspected between steps to catch tiny scratches early.
Every tombstone is inspected at least three times: after cutting, after polishing, and before packing. Our senior polisher, with 16 years of granite experience, can detect a 0.2 mm irregularity by touch.
Every batch undergoes water absorption (<0.5%), freeze-thaw resistance (25 cycles), flexural strength, and abrasion tests. Only passing batches are approved for packing.
At Fortune East Stone, quality isn't assumed—it's crafted, inspected, and guaranteed.
